Q: Do you charge a fee for artwork ?
A: Yes and No.  We do not charge a fee to set up straight line copy in standard type.  But we do charge fees for replication of logos and art for your sign unless it is provided to us in vector form.

Q: Do I get to see the art before it is printed?
A: Of course.  After we've set it up in our computers, we get it to you for final approval.  (Either in person, via fax, or email.)  Once you approve it, we print it.

Q: What are your standard colors?
A: Red, Royal Blue, Reflex Blue, Light Blue, Dark Green, Medium Green, Black, Yellow, and Purple. 

Q: I would like a different color.  I have the PMS (Pantone) number.  Can I have that color printed on my signs?
A: Yes we can.  There is a $25 mixing fee for color matching. 

Q: I did my own art on the computer.  What file types can you use?
A: We can use artwork created in CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator.  We can accept artwork in:  .jpg, .bmp, .eps, .tif, .pdf, .gif, and other bitmap forms.  But bitmaps are not usable and will have to be recreated.  Also, please send the fonts you have used on your sign.  Otherwise we will have to substitute with the closest font we have.

Q: I did my artwork in Adobe Illustrator but it is in Mac format.  Can you use it?
A: Yes.   We have the capability of transforming Mac files into usable Windows files.

Q: I would like a  black and white photo on my sign.  Can you do that? If so, how much does it cost?
A: Yes.   The cost depends on many variables, including: size and the number of colors on the sign/s.  Please call for a custom quote.
