Frequently Asked Questions - Order / Pay

Q: I'm ready to order.  Now what do I do?
A: You can place your order in one of 4 ways:
     1) Come visit us at our office
     2) Call us
     3) Fax us
     4) Email us 
     5) Click here to fill out an order form online
Let us know what information you want on your sign (or show us what you have in mind), how many, what color(s), and your contact information.  Also, please remember we require a deposit when ordering.

Q: When do I pay?
A: You can pay in full when you place the order or when you pick up.  But, we do require a deposit of at least 50% or a credit card pre-authorization when you place the order. 

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes.  We accept MasterCard and Visa. 

Q: I want to pay with a credit card.  Do I put the card information on the order form?
A: NO.  We do not yet have a secure server set up to take your information online.  Please call and we will take your information by phone. 

Q: What is the turn-around time for an order?
A: We usually wrap-it-up within 7 work days from the day you order.   This is completely dependent upon how busy we are and  how quickly you review and OK your artwork.

Q: I can't make it in to pick up my order.  Do you Deliver?
A: Yes, we offer shipping and delivery.  See Shipping Policy for more information. 

 

For your convenience we can ship your order directly to your home or office!
